FALL EQUINOX: A THREE-DAY LOCAL RETREAT
The experienceAs the seasons change, we invite you to step away from the fast pace of everyday life and make space for yourself.
Held within the support of community, you'll have the freedom to explore your own path through nature, reflection, and quiet moments.
Whether you leave with a meaningful breakthrough or simply feeling more like yourself again, our hope is that you leave feeling clear about what you're carrying forward and what you're ready to leave behind.
❋ Crossing the thresholdAs the seasons turn, nature offers a clear invitation: to slow down, shed what is heavy, and realign with what matters most. We begin the weekend crossing the threshold, setting intentions and experimenting with what it would be like to leave behind the old and embark on a new path.
❋ Crafting your own adventureA spacious day of self-guided exploration, rest, or creativity, supported by prerecorded morning & evening reflections. This day is one that you may already have imagined and are needing the excuse to carve out the time, or it is one that a facilitator can support you in crafting prior to our weekend together.
❋ community + Connection Step out of isolation and into a community container designed to mirror nature’s transition where we witness each other’s shifts, share seasonal food, and celebrate our individual journeys collectively.
❋ integration + celebrationAfter a day of wandering independently, we will gather again for a morning of creative expression and movement to integrate your experience. We will bring our voices into the circle once more to share insights and wisdom, and to be witnessed in our transformation.
On Sunday, hot beverages and a local assortment of seasonal breakfast foods will be provided.
