Empower yourself in this five week workshop in which we will study the difference between doing yoga and being yoga. Once a week, we will gather and experiment with a variety of meditations, breathing techniques and postures designed to align, strengthen and restore your body and spirit. There will be space for reflection and questions in our circle as you discover and identify the tools that best allow you to explore the sweetness of your practice each day, even when you can’t make it for a group class.
ALL LEVELS: This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for any beginner who is interested in building a simple routine for initiating their journey into yoga at home; and it is also for an experienced practitioner that is ready to embrace yoga in its most advanced form through integrating their daily practice inside the studio, at home and off the mat.
